Job summary

Asset Living in Antioch, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the ongoing maintenance of our community properties, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks, under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.

You will respond to resident requests and work orders, perform pool and grounds upkeep, maintain logs and safety records, assist with make-ready tasks, and help uphold OSHA standards while contributing to a safe, well-maintained living environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on community facilities and units.
• Assist with the scheduling and performance of all maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program that extends the life of the community.
• Maintain well-organized and properly stocked maintenance shop while adhering to safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergency at community.
