Job summary

Asset Living in Brentwood, TN is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community. You will lead staff, manage service requests, coordinate vendors, and ensure safety and quality in line with OSHA guidelines.

This role emphasizes proactive maintenance, inventory control, budgeting, and on-call emergencies. You’ll partner with the Community Manager to maintain property value while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate vendors.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance on site.
• Respond to resident service requests and prioritize repairs.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of the community and units.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance required and coordinate work orders.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for hazards and repair needs.
• Manage maintenance inventory and budget adherence.
• Maintain preventive maintenance program and safety records.
• Lead on-call emergency coverage at the community.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff; ensure performance feedback.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resident relations.
