Job summary

Legacy Partners is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to manage day-to-day maintenance of a 160-unit apartment community. Reports to the Business Manager and Service Technician Supervisor and works on a Tuesday–Saturday schedule, with 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM variations.

The role requires availability for on-call emergencies and involves performing repairs, turnover, preventative maintenance, groundskeeping, and safety duties to keep the community well‑maintained and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repairs of appliances, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry.
• Prepare units for new residents and assist inspections.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance per manuals.
• Assist with cleaning, grounds, and exterior repairs.
• Be on-call for after-hours emergencies and manage shut-offs.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards and resident satisfaction.
