Legacy Partners is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to manage daily upkeep of a residential apartment community. The role reports to the Business Manager and Service Technician Supervisor and requires Sunday through Thursday availability, with after-hours on-call as needed.

Responsibilities include repairing appliances, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry, preparing units for new residents, and performing preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining multifamily properties or large residential communities.
• Ability to diagnose and repair appliances, plumbing, and electrical issues.
• Comfort with basic carpentry work, painting, and preventative maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, and basic carpentry.
• Prepare units for new residents including cleaning and repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance per manuals and manufacturer guidelines.
• Assist with cleaning common areas and exterior grounds as needed.
• Be available for after-hours emergencies and follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the property team and uphold maintenance standards.
