Job summary

Legacy Partners is seeking a full-time on-site Maintenance role to handle day-to-day and overall upkeep of an apartment community. The position includes on-call emergencies and serves as temporary coverage during leave of absence.

Responsibilities cover general maintenance, painting, repairs, turnovers, preventative maintenance, records management, and resident support. The role collaborates with management and requires team leadership during safety inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience performing minor repairs on appliances, plumbing, and electrical fixtures.
• Ability to coordinate apartment turnovers and inspections.
• Strong record-keeping and safety compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• General Maintenance – Perform minor repairs on appliances, plumbing, electrical fixtures, and household items.
• Painting & Carpentry – Paint apartment interiors and exteriors; fix doors, windows, shelving, and floors.
• Cleaning & Grounds – Clean apartments and common areas; maintain landscaping.
• Apartment Turnovers – Prepare units for new residents; assist inspections and repairs for move-ins.
