Legacy Partners is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to manage day-to-day upkeep of a multifamily community in Union City. You will report to the Business Manager and Service Technician Supervisor, working a Tuesday–Saturday schedule with on-call availability for emergencies.

You will handle routine repairs, preventative maintenance, turnover tasks, and grounds work while upholding company standards and resident satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Routine hands-on maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ability to perform electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work as needed.
• Availability for on-call emergencies and after-hours work.

Responsabilités

• Maintenance & repairs of appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Prepare units for new residents with cleaning and repairs.
• Track repairs and maintenance records.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Support exterior repairs and grounds upkeep.
• Be available for after-hours emergencies.
