Legacy Partners is seeking a full-time, on-site Maintenance professional to manage day-to-day upkeep of our apartment communities. You will handle repairs, painting, carpentry, and grounds, while coordinating with the Business Manager and on-site team.

Responsibilities include turnovers, preventative maintenance, and resident support, with emphasis on safety and accurate record-keeping. On-call coverage may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Minimum 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic repairs on appliances, plumbing, electrical fixtures.
• Experience with painting, carpentry, and grounds keeping is a plus.
• Familiarity with safety policies and on-site team coordination.

Responsabilidades

• General Maintenance – repair appliances, plumbing, electrical and fixtures.
• Paint interiors/exteriors; light carpentry like doors, windows, shelving.
• Clean common areas; maintain landscaping and grounds.
• Prepare apartments for new residents; assist with inspections and turnover records.
• Perform preventative maintenance; know utility shut-offs and safety signage.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and inventory logs.
• Provide clear resident communications during service calls.
• Lead and train maintenance staff; participate in safety meetings and inspections.
• Coordinate with management for inspections and on-call rotations including nights/weekends/holidays.
