Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support an affordable housing community. The technician will assist in corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, including make-ready tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent and basic computer skills; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills to operate on-site software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of community common areas, buildings, and units.
• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance as directed.
• Assist with make-ready and turnover of units.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance; document logs and service requests.
