Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, manage staff and vendors, and ensure safety and service standards are met.

The role requires daily on-site presence, strong organization, and the ability to coordinate work orders, inspections, and make-readies while adhering to OSHA guidelines. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with a competitive total rewards package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance requests and schedules for the community.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and safety compliance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors; plan schedules.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for hazards.
• Maintain inventory and budget adherence for supplies.
• Participate in on-call emergencies as required.
