Job summary

Sterling Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance staff across multifamily properties. You will diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related trades, ensuring interiors and exteriors are maintained per procedures.

Qualified candidates have at least 3 years of multi-family maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, EPA and CPO certifications, and strong customer-service orientation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in multi-family maintenance.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Excellent interpersonal relations, communicative skills and a customer-focused service orientation.
• Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and general building trades.
• Valid EPA & CPO certification is required.
• Own and use basic and tools, as well as utilize basic computer programs to perform tasks.
• Proficient in reading, writing, grammar, and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site maintenance staff in diagnosis of problems and repair in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywalling, exterior structural, and appliances.
• Ensure all interior and exterior repairs to maintain apartments, common areas, buildings and grounds are completed according to established procedures.
