Job summary

Sterling Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical standards of multi-site properties. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and appliance systems while collaborating with the Property Manager.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license and 1–2 years of maintenance experience, with EPA and pool licensing preferred. Benefits include full benefits, PTO, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in maintenance or equivalent field.
• Prior apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the physical aspects of the property meet established standards.
• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywalling, exterior structure, and appliances.
