Job summary

Sterling Group, a family-owned real estate investment services firm, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance teams and manage repairs across multifamily properties and facilities.

You will diagnose issues, supervise required tasks, and ensure maintenance standards. A valid driver’s license, EPA/CPO certs, and 3+ years experience are required. This role is onsite with on-call rotation and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance or equivalent experience.
• EPA and CPO certifications required.
• Excellent interpersonal relations and customer-focused service orientation.
• Proficient in reading, writing, grammar, and math.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site maintenance staff in diagnosis and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures and appliances.
• Ensure interior and exterior repairs to apartments, common areas, buildings and grounds meet procedures.
