Job summary

Sterling Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair our multifamily properties. Responsibilities include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and exterior structural work, ensuring facilities meet company standards.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of maintenance experience, own basic tools, and a valid driver’s license. EPA and pool licenses are preferred. Background checks and drug screening required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in maintenance or equivalent.
• Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and general building trades.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the physical aspects of the property meet the company’s established standards.
• Diagnose problems and make repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywalling, exterior structural and appliance areas.
