Job summary

Asset Living in Tallahassee is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage daily maintenance operations across our community. You will oversee staff and vendors, coordinate service requests, schedule preventative maintenance, and ensure safety and compliance with OSHA standards.

This full-time on-site role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication with residents, and the ability to plan resources, manage inventories, and respond to on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; EPA/CPO certification preferred.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus; OSHA guidelines must be understood.
• Ability to operate on-site software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance staff and vendors; ensure timely work orders.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain safety standards and compliance with OSHA and EPA guidelines.
• Inspect grounds and units; manage inventory and procurement within budget.
• Plan resources, supervise on-call emergencies, and maintain records.
