Qualifications

• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant apartments and ensure quality standards.
• Inspect work by team members and contractors to ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and materials and assist budget planning.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with OSHA and safety laws.
