Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Nashville is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure the community’s buildings, grounds, and amenities meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality.

You will diagnose resident service requests, complete make-readies for leasing, coordinate with vendors, maintain tools and inventory, and support safety programs and budget goals while working a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating on-call.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to represent company management.

Responsibilities

• Assists and completes work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Oversees make-ready process for vacant units and coordinates vendors.
• Develops standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds and common areas.
• Inspects work and ensures safety compliance.
• Maintains inventory of spare parts and materials; supports budget goals.
