Asset Living in Fairburn, GA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across our community. You will coordinate service requests, schedule work orders, and ensure safety standards and EPA/OSHA compliance while guiding a team of maintenance staff and vendors.

This full-time role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA regulations.

Responsabilités

• Maintenance management and daily onsite supervision.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and common areas for hazards and ensure safety compliance.
• Oversee inventory and budgeting for maintenance supplies.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendor contractors, including on-call emergencies.
