Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking an on-site maintenance professional to uphold safety and quality across the community. You will diagnose issues, repair, and ensure apartments and common areas meet Greystar standards.

You’ll coordinate make-ready tasks for vacancies, manage vendor relationships, and maintain inventory while prioritizing resident satisfaction and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Provide own hand tools unless prohibited by State law; know safe use of tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects from resident requests and perform repairs per safety and code standards.
• Oversee and complete make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, exteriors, interiors, and common areas to reflect Greystar quality.
• Inspect work by team members and contractors to ensure quality and adherence to policies.
