Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Los Angeles, CA. You will supervise and perform technical and mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds, and amenities up to Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities include managing work orders, make-ready tasks, budgeting input, and ensuring quality with vendors, while delivering strong resident service and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trades.
• Own hand tools and safe use of tools and equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents and team.
• Proficient math for financial and administrative documents.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and perform routine upkeep.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and inspections.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of property.
• Inspect work for policy compliance and quality.
• Inspect contractors and vendors for quality and scope.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools; order as needed.
• Perform monthly preventive maintenance tasks.
• Assist in budgeting for repairs and capital projects.
• Support cost-cutting and efficiency initiatives.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Provide responsive customer service to residents and team.
