Richmark Property Management, LLC seeks a Maintenance Lead to be the expert on the property's physical and mechanical aspects. Lead maintenance staff, guide daily tasks, and participate in hands-on work as needed.

Key responsibilities include managing the maintenance team, coordinating with the Community Manager, and ensuring safety and preventative maintenance standards are met across sites.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Post-secondary trade certification in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other building trades is preferred.
• Driver's license is required.

Mansioni

• Manages maintenance team to complete work orders, unit turns, and projects efficiently.
• Coordinates with Community Manager to keep Make Ready Board updated in PM software.
• Ensures maintenance staff use PM software and mobile app for work orders.
• Maintains cleanliness and order in maintenance areas (shop, garages, mechanical rooms, storage).
• Manages expenses, negotiates prices for parts and vendor services, and seeks cost-effective solutions.
• Provides technical support and oversees after-hours emergency service as needed.
