Job summary

Richmark Property Management is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Lead for its Colorado on-site property. You will oversee the maintenance team, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure safety and quality across all systems.

Requirements include a High school diploma, 2+ years maintenance and supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage vendors and budgets. Work hours are full-time, with a $30–$35 per hour pay and non-exempt status.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A post-secondary trade certification in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other building trades certification is preferred.
• 2+ years of prior maintenance experience is required.
• 2+ years of prior management experience is required.
• Previous budgeting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages maintenance team to complete work orders and projects quickly and efficiently.
• Coordinates with Community Manager to keep Make Ready Board up to date in property management software.
• Ensures maintenance staff use property management software and mobile app for work orders.
• Maintains cleanliness and order in maintenance areas and equipment.
• Oversees vendor coordination and cost-effective sourcing of parts and services.
• Supervises pools and hot tubs (if applicable) and ensures health/safety compliance.
• Ensures adherence to preventative maintenance schedules.
