Richmark Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee on-site property maintenance, lead a small team, and coordinate with the Facilities Manager to uphold safety and quality standards.

You will manage work orders, supervise staff, maintain inventory, and ensure preventative maintenance schedules are followed. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and budgeting aptitude, with 2+ years in maintenance and management.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Post-secondary trade certification in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or related building trades preferred.
• 2+ years of prior maintenance experience required.
• 2+ years of prior management experience required.
• Budgeting experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance staff to complete work orders and unit turns promptly.
• Coordinate with Community Manager to keep Make Ready Board up to date.
• Ensure proper use of property management software and mobile app.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness of facilities and vehicles.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Supervise pools and hot tubs where applicable.
