Job summary

Richmark Property Management is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our property’s physical and mechanical systems in peak condition. This full-time on-site role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience and a high school diploma, with trade certification preferred.

You will work with the Community Manager on daily plans, manage work orders via our maintenance app, and ensure safety and quality in all tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade certification in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or building trades preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Community Manager to plan day: unit turns, work orders, and community appearance.
• Performs preventative maintenance as scheduled with maintenance lead and staff.
• Uses property management software and mobile app to log and complete work orders.
• Assists with maintenance in shop, garages, mechanical rooms, and storage areas.
• Maintains vehicles and equipment ensuring functioning, safety, and cleanliness.
• Keeps parts and supply inventory orderly and informs when low.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
