Richmark Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee the property's physical and mechanical operations. You will guide the maintenance staff, perform hands-on tasks when needed, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and efficiency across all facilities.

You will manage budgets, vendor coordination, and preventative maintenance while delivering high-quality resident service. A driver license and trade certification are preferred, with normal daytime hours and occasional after-hours

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-secondary trade certification in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or similar preferred.
• Driver's license required.

Mansioni

• Manages maintenance team to complete work orders, turns, and projects efficiently.
• Coordinates Make Ready Board updates in property management software.
• Ensures maintenance staff use software and mobile app for work orders.
