Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations of the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, personnel management, compliance with safety standards, and customer service. The Maintenance Supervisor works alongside the Community Manager in ensuring staff and vendors are managed effectively to maintain property quality.

Salary Range: $31 per hour to $33 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program
• Promote safety and OSHA compliance on site
• Provide on-call coverage for emergencies at the community
