Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at our communities. You will manage staff, coordinate service requests, and ensure safety standards and EPA/OSHA compliance while delivering excellent resident service.

This full-time on-site role requires strong organization, the ability to supervise vendors, and a hands-on approach to preventative maintenance. Salary ranges from $29 to $31 per hour, with full rewards including benefits and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and regular/daily onsite attendance.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily for hazards.
• Manage and order maintenance supplies within budget.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program.
• Supervise maintenance staff and trainees; provide training.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Handle on-call emergencies at the community.
• Provide input on employee performance evaluations.

Education
