Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support Berkshire 54 in Chapel Hill, NC with daily maintenance, cleaning, and grounds upkeep under supervision from the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The role requires prompt response to service requests, participation in the preventative maintenance program, and a focus on safety and resident relations. On-call emergencies and adherence to company policies are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required to understand on-site software functions.
• Must have basic knowledge of OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance and upkeep of grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain a well-organized maintenance shop and follow safety standards.
