Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance: perform maintenance tasks in common areas, grounds, and units.
• On-site attendance required: regular/daily presence at the property.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain safety standards and follow OSHA guidelines during tasks.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and assist Maintenance Supervisor as needed.
