Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in carrying out maintenance processes at the property under supervision. Duties include routine maintenance, make-ready tasks, and on-site support for daily operations.

The role requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Asset Living offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits and a 401K match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner
• Ensure repairs and replacements for grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas are completed promptly
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily to identify hazards
• Assist in maintaining a preventative maintenance program
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines
• Participate in unit inspections as requested
• Report violations of community rules to supervisors
• Provide excellent customer service and resident relations
• Enforce community policies delegated by supervisors
