Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in carrying out maintenance processes across the property in West Valley City, UT. The role includes routine, preventative, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or Equivalent and basic computer skills; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA is preferred. Competitive benefits and paid time off accompany a steady, full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements recommended.

Responsabilités

• Community Maintenance and upkeep of grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and safety programs.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager as needed.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
