Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum applicable Associates Degree or 5 years maintenance leadership/planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Work Order Planning: actively participate in receiving, approving & processing daily work requests and establish priorities for jobs ready for execution.
• Verify that work requests/orders contain the correct information (location, production center, equipment ID, work order type).
• Assess and verify parts/service requirements for jobs held due to spare parts unavailability.
• Review MP2 and update statuses to READY or work order in planning.
• Run MP2 queries to ensure part requirements are complete and follow up as needed.
• Coordinate part availability and schedule start dates after parts arrival.
• Close completed work orders using real resources to meet weekly MP2 metrics.
• Generate weekly programmed maintenance (PM) following MP2 protocol.
• Material Requirements Planning: forecast spare parts monthly/weekly with Maintenance Supervisor.
• Prepare detailed material requisition forms and ensure timely processing.
