Job summary

Methacrylates in Memphis, TN is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support, maintain, and drive improvements in MMA maintenance work management systems. You will help prioritize work, plan materials, and ensure safe, efficient execution to meet EHS, production, and financial goals.

The role requires 3–5 years in maintenance planning, CMMS proficiency, and the ability to read schematics and engineering drawings.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; relative trade school/military training and/or associate or bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance planning.
Requires knowledge of CMMS and ability to read schematics and engineering drawings.
Strong understanding of mechanical planning, scheduling, and coordination of mechanical maintenance work including corrective, preventative and predictive tasks typically found in chemical process plants.

Responsibilities

Plan MMA maintenance work backlog and coordinate weekly reviews with the production organization.
Write job plans including step-by-step instructions, labor utilization, and materials required.
Drive reliability improvements and track labor, material utilization, asset life, etc.
Attend scheduling/backlog meetings with Production Lead to plan and coordinate work.
Update preventive maintenance procedures as required.
