Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Associates Degree or 5 years maintenance leadership/planning experience.
• Minimum five (5) years' experience in plant maintenance.
• Minimum of three (3) years project planning and project execution.
• Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the receiving, approving & processing daily work requests and establish priorities for jobs ready for execution.
• Verify that work requests contain correct information including department location, production center sub location, equipment ID, and work order type.
• Assess and verify parts/service requirements for jobs evaluated and placed on hold due to spare parts unavailability.
• Scrutinize MP2 and update work orders from 'under evaluation' to 'READY' or 'planning'.
• Run daily MP2 queries to identify 'work order in planning' and confirm part requirements.
• Move work orders through MP2 when parts become available and adjust schedules.
• Reschedule start dates to align with parts arrival; plan ~2 days after promised delivery date where feasible.
• Close completed work orders with real resources to sustain MP2 metrics and data history.
• Generate weekly PMs following MP2 protocol.
