Beehive Industries in Knoxville, TN, seeks a Maintenance Planner & Scheduler to develop and coordinate maintenance plans ensuring safe, efficient operations. You will manage the CMMS, organize inventory, and assemble parts kits for upcoming work while coordinating with technicians, operations, and procurement.

The role emphasizes data integrity, scheduling optimization, and timely execution, with emphasis on continuous improvement and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Maintenance Management or related field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Equivalent combination of education and training may be considered.
• 3+ years in maintenance planning, scheduling, CMMS administration, or related role.
• Experience in manufacturing/facility environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop weekly and long-range maintenance schedules based on priorities, labor availability, equipment criticality, and requirements.
• Review work requests and convert into well-defined work orders with scopes, labor, tools, and parts.
• Coordinate with maintenance leadership to sequence work and minimize downtime.
• Manage CMMS data: assets, PM tasks, work orders, history, and hours.
• Organize parts inventory and create kits for planned maintenance jobs.
• Generate CMMS reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Identify critical spares and stocking levels; work with procurement to source parts.
• Train staff on CMMS usage and best practices.
