Job summary

You will lead a skilled maintenance team, supervise POs, and maintain records to support resident satisfaction and compliance.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, plus OSHA safety adherence. Strong leadership and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years of multifamily maintenance experience and/or training.
• EPA certification required.
• CPO - Preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure proper maintenance of the property and grounds.
• Maintain the property's operating budget and secure competitive bids for supplies and services.
• Process purchase orders (POs) and invoices to control costs.
• Review and prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.
