Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Texas to coordinate with the Community Manager and Assistant Manager to maintain exterior and interior property standards while meeting budget goals. You will lead a team of Maintenance Technicians and ensure timely repairs, safety compliance, and resident satisfaction.

The role requires supervision experience, EPA certification, and ability to manage multiple maintenance tasks, with on-site responsibilities and after-hours availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years multifamily maintenance experience or training.
• Minimum one year supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and develop skilled team of technicians.
• Maintain property budget and obtain competitive bids for supplies/services.
• Process purchase orders and invoices to control costs.
• Prioritize work orders and ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee safety, compliance with codes, and coordination of repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Mentor maintenance team and implement preventive maintenance plans.
