Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Manager to coordinate with management and safely maintain the property to RPM standards within budget. You will supervise technicians, manage work orders, and ensure safety and compliance, while delivering prompt repairs to enhance resident retention.

The role requires supervision experience, EPA certification, and a focus on cost-saving initiatives and quality workmanship at a property-level, on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least two years of multifamily maintenance experience or training.
• Minimum one year supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and basic project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and develop a skilled team.
• Manage operating budget and secure competitive bids.
• Process POs and invoices to control costs.
• Prioritize work orders and maintain records in software.
• Ensure safety, fire code compliance, and oversee construction projects.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain resident satisfaction.
• Conduct regular property inspections and safety training.
• Mentor and train team to deliver efficient maintenance services.
