Job summary

RPM Living in Flower Mound, TX is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee daily maintenance operations, supervise a team of technicians, and coordinate with the Community Manager to protect NOI within budget.

You will troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, implement preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety codes. Strong supervisory experience and EPA/CPO credentials are preferred; bilingual not required.

Qualifications

• Two years of multifamily maintenance experience and/or training.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience.
• EPA certification required.
• CPO – Preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite and project management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure proper upkeep of the property.
• Maintain operating budget and secure competitive bids.
• Process POs and invoices to control costs.
• Prioritize work orders and maintain records in system.
• Oversee safety, OSHA compliance, and safety inspections.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and communicate with residents.
• Mentor maintenance team and implement preventive maintenance plans.
