Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Flex schedule including weekends, nights, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site maintenance team and supervise area maintenance managers.
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with site safety, operations, and finance to manage budgets and Kaizen activities.
• Mentor maintenance staff and drive capital project planning and cost analysis.
