Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and alternative schedules.
• Experience maintaining industrial machinery, electrical systems, and electronic controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance mechanics and technicians, including robotics and controls staff.
• Ensure safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
• Schedule and track tickets, oversee preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Manage budgets, vendors and cost analysis for projects.
• Provide performance feedback and on-call coverage as needed.
• Travel as required to support network needs.
