Job summary

JLL in Pasco, WA is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead a team of maintenance mechanics and collaborate with robotics and controls technicians in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment.

You will schedule work, supervise preventive maintenance, manage tickets, and coordinate with the client during shifts, while supporting budgets and ensuring high standards of facility reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and alternative schedules.
• Experience maintaining industrial machinery, electrical systems, and electronic controls.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and train staff.
• Manage scheduling and ticket completion.
• Oversee preventive maintenance for the facility.
• Coordinate with onsite EHS on safety standards.
• Maintain client relations during shifts and respond to issues.
• Travel as required to support network needs.
