Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Experience maintaining industrial machinery, electrical systems, and electronic controls.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Lead a maintenance team and coordinate with robotics and controls technicians.
• Ensure safety standards and safe working environment.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and condition-based programs.
• Manage outside contractors and on-call emergencies.
• Monitor KPIs, labor tracking, and ticket scheduling.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and build client-focused relationships.
• Participate in budget development and cost analysis.
• Provide performance feedback and formal appraisals.
