Job summary

Kittle Property Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations on-site, ensuring curb appeal and proper upkeep of the community. You will supervise Maintenance Technicians, Grounds, and Porters, manage service requests, and coordinate with the Property Manager for efficient operations.

Requirements include a HS diploma or GED, 1–2 years of experience, and HVAC/EPA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in maintenance or related field.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions and simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and keep below budget.
• Inspect community grounds each morning.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and complete maintenance requests promptly.
• Supervise contractors and provide after-hours resident support.
• Maintain records of maintenance and curb appeal tasks and equipment.
