Job summary

Kittle Property Group is seeking an Maintenance Supervisor for an on-site role in Winnie, TX. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, manage a team including technicians, grounds staff, and porters, and ensure curb appeal and safety of the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and keep below budget.
• Inspect community grounds each morning.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Perform preventative maintenance activities.
• Supervise contractors on site.
• Provide emergency resident support after office hours.
• Maintain records of maintenance performed in all units and at the site.
• Curb Appeal and landscaping maintenance.
