Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide reliable upkeep at our properties and deliver excellent resident service.

The role requires presenting the company professionally at all times and supporting the property operations with timely maintenance tasks. Responsibilities include inspecting grounds daily, handling preventative maintenance, preparing units for occupancy, and supervising contractors when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of maintenance experience.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Language: read, write, speak, and interpret basic instructions.
• Basic math skills required.
• Familiarity with MS Outlook and MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and ensure they stay below budget.
• Inspect community grounds each morning.
• Perform turnarounds including painting and maintenance of vacant units.
• Complete all maintenance requests promptly.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Carry out preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintain landscaping and grounds.
• Snow removal for sidewalks and common areas.
• Maintain maintenance records for all units and site.
• Keep tools and replacement parts in good condition and provide personal tools.
• Supervise contractors on site and coordinate work.
• Provide emergency resident support after office hours.
