Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and keep them below budget.
• Inspect community grounds each morning.
• Turn (paint, clean, maintain vacant units) and prepare units for occupancy.
• Complete maintenance requests promptly.
• Maintain landscaping, lawn, and common areas.
• Supervise contractors at the site and provide resident support after hours.
• Keep records of maintenance performed and tools/equipment.
• Maintain safety and protect property assets.
