Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking an on-site property management professional to oversee daily maintenance, curb appeal, and resident services at a multi-unit community. You will coordinate maintenance tasks, supervise technicians, and ensure safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include monitoring expenses, preparing vacant units, scheduling preventative maintenance, and maintaining records. This role requires at least a high school diploma, 1-2 years of related experience, and basic MS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of related maintenance experience.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write and interpret basic instructions and correspondence.
• Math for rate, ratio and percentages; basic graphs.
• Basic MS Outlook proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and ensure they stay under budget.
• Inspect community grounds each morning.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and perform turns/maintenance.
• Complete maintenance requests promptly.
• Maintain landscaping and curb appeal.
• Supervise contractors on site.
• Provide emergency resident support after hours.
