Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and ensure below budget.
• Inspect community grounds each morning.
• Perform turn and maintenance of vacant units.
• Complete maintenance requests promptly.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Proceed with preventative maintenance.
• Maintain landscaping and common areas.
• Snow removal of sidewalks and site records.
• Supervise contractors and provide after-hours support.
