Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of maintenance experience.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Language skills: read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions and simple correspondence.
• Basic computer skills with MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and keep them below budget.
• Inspect community grounds each morning.
• Perform turn, cleaning, and maintenance of vacant units.
• Complete maintenance requests promptly.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Conduct preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintain landscaping and snow removal.
• Supervise contractors at the site.
• Provide emergency resident support after hours.
• Maintain maintenance records for residents and units.
