Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support on-site maintenance across our properties in Jacksonville, FL. You will perform routine, preventive, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, maintain a clean grounds, assist in make-ready processes, and respond to work orders.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of safety standards like OSHA and Fair Housing laws. Regular on-site attendance is required; on-call property emergencies may occur.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance: perform routine, preventive, and cosmetic maintenance tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas.
• Assist in make-ready processes to prepare units for new residents.
• Participate in on-call emergency maintenance at the property.
